Creativity and fun take center stage as imagination meets movement in this exciting preschool musical theater class. Working in a playful, supportive environment, youngsters gain self-confidence and learn basic building blocks of musical theater as they play theater games, sing, and dance to a song from Disney’s “Lion King.” Budding performers will proudly show off their new skills in a short performance for families on the final day of class.

Skills include: speaking in front of people, creativity/imagination, basic musical theater dance steps, projection and enunciation, memorization.
Activities: theater games, across the floor, vocal warm ups

All refunds are processed directly through the Parks and Recreation department where you complete your registration. Before signing up, please review your city’s specific refund policy. In most cases, refunds are not issued after the first class, though policies may vary by city. No makeup classes are offered if you miss a session.
